Windows are picked for a beginner by default — 7–10 m/s, steady, in a direction the spot works in, daylight only. Change the bands under Settings. A forecast is not a conditions report: check the water, mind the marked rocks, and don't sail alone. Snowkiting spots need ice, which no wind forecast can see — judge the thickness yourself.
